After successfully finishing the entire course, you will receive a certification, acknowledging your completion of the program.

Do I have access to live training or support?

Unfortunately, no. This basic training program is designed for self-paced learning, allowing you to study independently. It serves as a foundational step, preparing you for potential enrollment in our advanced training levels. While live training or direct support is not available at this level, the training manual provides a robust resource for your foundational knowledge. If you're seeking a more interactive and guided experience, consider exploring our higher-level training programs for comprehensive live training and support.

How long do I have to finish the course and receive the certification?

Upon enrollment, you will have 180 days of access to the course materials. This timeframe allows you to study at your own pace and submit the required materials for certification. Please ensure to manage your time effectively within this period to make the most of your learning experience and obtain your certification.

How long does the shipping normally take?

Shipping takes between 2 and 3 business days for standard delivery in the US. We do offer next-day US delivery if your need is urgent. If you're outside of the US shipping will take 5-7 business days.
